Jeff Pawlak has been covering the Buffalo Sabres since he was 19 years old. He joined Sabres Hockey Central back in September of 2010, and has proudly watched the website grow to a community of more than 22,000 fans.

He has a degree in Journalism from Buffalo State College, and has worked as a freelance writer for video games, movies, and other entertainment media for nearly ten years.

He is also a published author of various fiction. He’s had short fiction published with small print outlets, and he’s currently working on completing his first trilogy of novels.

In addition to the Sabres, Jeff passionately roots for the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants. He is also a huge fan of the UFC, and has been a Nintendo fanboy ever since playing the first Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros. games on the original Nintendo video game system.
