Lundqvist was not even in the top 10 for shots against this year. His low GAA and High SV PCT is impressive, however, that team is built for defense. It is even more evident in the playoffs with the amount of blocked shots and stout defense they have played. When you look at the definition of MVP, who was the most valuable to thier teamis the question. Without Lundqvist, Rangers still make the playoffs. Without Stamkos, Tampa still misses the playoffs. Without Malkin out performing everyone in the league, Penquins miss the playoffs. Statistical analysis does not support King Henrik as the MVP. As fas as I am concerned, he was not even the best goalie in the league this year. Jonathan Quick deserves this nomination more then Lundqvist.

Thank you, though. Your opinion on the subject is appreciated.

Give it to Lundqvist. The other two didn't carry their teams like Henrik.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins - I think he deserves it, as it took Landeskog an extra 20 games to get to his point total. Based on the injury, I would not be surprised if Landeskog takes the award. Snub:Matt Read, RW - Philadelphia Flyers
