pommer is lucky to be gone, this is gonna be ugly. it's going to be 3 - 5 years before we see what we like. yes darcy we are rebuilding, hopefully not with you at the helm. you do ok with getting draft picks, but since bring drury and briere to the team, nada.

Larsson is a top 5 prospect league wide. Won the gold 2 years ago in the WJC with Sweden, Silver this year with sweden (as their captain) and is mainly considered a two way forward with more offensive skill than defensive. Hackett is a solid goalie who can be an NHL keeper in a year or two and possibly a back up this year if Miller or Enroth gets moved.

Damned? What´s wrong? Pommer for Larson and Hackett? Why do we need them, especially Hackett? That´s the beginning of the end! I want Jason and Derek back!!!

One of the only Sabres you could respect on a consistent basis (performance, effort level, playing all rolls-PP,PK, blocking shots) with the team's ups and downs. As a fan, it's hard to see Pommer go, but it's nice to see a guy deserving of a second chance in a new city get one.

Not at all. Larsson is a top 5 Prospect league wide and Hackett is a solid goalie and will be an NHL mainstay in a couple of years / soon.

and Hackett is a solid young goalie, will probably play AHL with Leggio / Backup in the NHL if Enroth or Miller were to be moved
