BREAKING: Myers Suspended 3 Games
After the 1 PM hearing, and five hours of waiting, we finally have a decision from Brendan Shanahan.
Sabres defenseman Tyler Myers has been suspended for 3 games following his hit on Canadiens forward Scott Gomez in last night’s game.
Here is Brendan Shanahan’s explanation of the suspension.
Myers will be eligible to return on Wednesday, March 21 when the Sabres host the Canadiens.

Totally overreacted!!! I've seen much much worse hits get less punishment ....that's just terrible!!
Three games seems strong. I figured he would get suspended, but with no suspension history jumping to 3 games seems like Shanaban overreacted again
This is Crap! And Lucic gets nothing for the hit on Miller which he ended up having a concusion. The league is so messed up
