Kassian – he should have gotten the call up already. I say after the suspension is up, send down Ellis and McCormick and bring up Kassian and Foligno. Put those two on a line with Gerbe and let the boys play.

It looks worse than it was. At first glance It definitly looks like a headbutt, but when you watch it a couple more times and you see that it looks more like he was just digging hard for the puck and the head to head contact was coincidental. you can clearly see kaleta’s eyes are down looking at the puck, not up targeting the players head.
all that said it still wouldnt surprise me to see shanahan had kaleta a seat for a game or two concidering his “repeat offender” status

If suspended – Kassian or Foligno? (or Tropp?)

I dont see what Pat Kaleta did merits a suspension. There is no way what I saw could be construde(SIC) as a head butt. In all honesty it looked pretty much harmless to me. The hit IMHO was not an attempt for #36 to use his head as a weapon, therefore to me no suspension should be forthcoming.
